January 5, 2023, Shenzhen, China To promote the high-quality development of Shenzhen's "20+8" UHD Video Industry and further enhance the competitiveness of the modern industrial system, the '2023 Shenzhen International Conference on 8K UHD Video Industry Development' with the theme of "Ultra-clear Interconnection and Digital Intelligence Innovation" was held.

The conference invited academicians, industry leaders and leading enterprises to discuss the current situation, key issues and future trends of the ultra-high definition industry.

Hynetek was invited to participate in the meeting as a member of the Shenzhen 8K UHD Video Industry Cooperation Alliance ( hereinafter referred to as "Alliance") . At the same time, Mr. James, chairman of Hynetek Semiconductor, delivered an important speech on "Development Trends and Technological Innovation of Power Supply in the Ultra-HD Field" at the "8K Ultra-HD Industry Ecological Report" hosted by Huawei Technologies.

'Shenzhen Ultra HD Video Display Industry White Paper (2023 Edition)' co-edited by Hynetek was released

At the meeting, the "Shenzhen UHD Video Display Industry White Paper (2023 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper") compiled by the Alliance was released, and Hynetek participated in the compilation of the White Paper together with Huawei Technology, Tencent and other companies. The White Paper summarizes the development background, characteristics, process and trends of Shenzhen's ultra-high definition video industry, systematically compares the development of each link in the upstream and downstream of the ultra-high definition video display industry chain and industry demonstration application cases, and puts forward several measures and suggestions, with a view to providing reference suggestions and basis for the future development of Shenzhen's ultra-high definition video industry.

It is worth mentioning that, as an upstream enterprise in the UHD video display industry chain, Hynetek has actively participated in various technical discussions and industrial research of the Alliance, and has continuously participated in the compilation of 'the Shenzhen UHD Video Display Industry White Paper (2022 Edition)' and 'Shenzhen UHD Video Display Industry White Paper (2023 Edition)', and also participated in the compilation of the 'Shenzhen Metaverse Industry White Paper'.

Hynetek Participates in Technology Innovation Related to Unified Multimedia Interconnect Interface

As a member of the UHD transmission interface working group of the Alliance, Hynetek has continuously participated in the technical innovation discussions on the unified multimedia interconnection interface and provided constructive opinions on the high-power power supply solution for the high-speed transmission interface, promoting the development and implementation of related standards.

Mr. James (second from left in the picture above) and representatives from Lehman Optoelectronics and other companies jointly completed the release ceremony of 100 group standards, which also reflects the determination of the enterprises and institutions upstream and downstream of the UHD industry chain to lead the industry upgrade by firm technical standards.
