HUSB335 is a Cable ID chip for a cable which could be employed for UFCS cables. It is fully compliant with the Universal fast charging specification (UFCS) for mobile devices (T/TAF 083-2022). The HUSB335 is able to respond the UFCS protocol on the D+ or D- pin, depending on the received messages. The D+ and D- pins detect the message transmitted at both lines and the HUSB335 locks the first line for the correct cable message. The built-in OTP can be programmed through D+ and D- pins so that it will be flexible for in-system programming. The enhanced ±8 kV ESD protection on the exposed pins can improve the system reliability significantly. The HUSB335 operates over a wide supply range of 3 V to 5. 5 V. It is available in DFN1.6×1.6-6L package. It is rated over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The operating current is as low as 200 μA.
