Product Descriptions
The HUSB381 is a high performance, high integration USB Type-C Port controller. The HUSB381 is a USB PD3.1 controller which supporting 5 FPDOs and 2 APDOs with programmable current and voltage. The HUSB381 integrates an internal N-MOSFET to enable the VBUS from VIN to protect the devices connected with VBUS. The HUSB381 integrates all of required protections such as Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Over Current Protection (OCP), Fast Over Current Protection (FOCP), CC Over Voltage Protection (Port OVP) and Over Temperature Protection (OTP). It is ESSOP-10L package.
