Hynetek made a spectacular appearance at the 14th Asia Power Supply Technology Development Forum and was honored with the Domestic Analog IC Industry Product Innovation Award.

On December 23, 2023, the 14th Asia Power Supply Technology Development Forum, organized by the well-known power industry information technology exchange platform Century Power Net, was grandly held in Shenzhen with four major venues hosting over 3,000 enthusiastic engineers. The Hynetek team showcased a series of digital energy and intelligent fast-charging products, engaging with industry leaders to jointly explore future technological innovations for development.Concurrently, at the 2023 Annual Power Industry Supporting Brands Award Ceremony held on the same day, Hynetek Corporation was honored with the "Domestic Analog IC Industry Product Innovation Award".

He engaged attendees in discussions about the development and technology of totem-pole PFC digital controllers. HP1010:Industry's First Digital Totem Pole PFC Controller

The HP1010 is a digital multi-mode PFC controller of Totem-pole topology(TPPFC). Embracing the simplicity and higher efficiency,  HP1010 engineered robustness and intelligent control using Hynetek  patented technologies. HP1010 gives special care to the vulnerability of the switching power FETs, directly exposed to all kinds of harsh conditions in such a bridgeless topology. HP1010 is the ultimate choice of a global platform design. It supports both high/low AC lines and HVDC operations. The high performance of HP1010 comes in a small 4 mm x4 mm QFN-24 package with I2C and UART communication interface. Design with HP1010 has never been simpler before. Through an intuitive Graphic User Interface(GUI) developed by Hynetek, any designer can have not only a quick start but a sophisticated modern design with customised register settings.

HP1011: High-Performance Digital Dual-Phase Interleaved PFC Controller

HP1011 is Hynetek's first digital controller for dual-phase interleaved CCM PFC, featuring average current control. Its digital architecture is based on a high-speed digital state machine structure, integrating a high-performance analog front-end and high-speed comparators, ensuring real-time high-performance control of the PFC. The HP1011 can intelligently switch between Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM), Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), and Burst Mode, offering excellent light-load efficiency. The chip itself has a low power consumption of just 30 mW, with a sleep mode where the supply current drops to 1 mA. HP1011 supports automatic channel management, smoothing load transitions at lower power conditions, improving the PFC converter's load transient response, and boosting efficiency under mid-to-low loads. It also ensures that the effective value deviation of inductor current between phases is less than 5%.HP1011 integrates comprehensive programmable protection functions, including cycle-by-cycle current limit protection, surge overvoltage protection, input voltage overvoltage/undervoltage protection, output voltage overvoltage/undervoltage protection, and output feedback voltage open-circuit protection, with all protection parameters and enable/disable settings configurable independently. HP1011 allows for easy configuration of chip functionalities through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) software, greatly facilitating end-product design and shortening customers' time-to-market.

As China's first digital CCM dual-phase interleaved PFC chip solution, its flexible design features make it suitable for a wide range of systems, including air conditioners and white goods, high-performance computers, 5G/telecommunications power supplies, industrial power supplies, Ultra-High Density (UHD) power supplies, and PFC power supplies with IGBTs.

The HP1012 is a totem pole bridgeless PFC digital controller that integrates a 650 V line frequency synchronous rectifier half-bridge driver, packaged in a 7.8 mm x 8.2 mm SSOP-24L package. It builds upon the efficient, flexible, and compact characteristics of the HP1010 chip by incorporating a half-bridge driver, thereby offering higher integration and cost-performance ratio.
