The rising price of copper may just be an after-dinner talking point for the average consumer. But for partners engaged in related industries, it is not so funny. For wire and cable manufacturers in particular, it's a real “pressure cooker”. However, don't worry, Hynetwk has launched the eMarker Ace series products: HUSB332G, the ultra-cost-effective 240W five-core wire dedicated eMarker chip, to deal with the crazy rise in copper prices.
Extremely Small Package, 240W Very Cost-Effective Choice
HUSB332G is a USB Type-C eMarker for Cable ID applications. It is compliant to USB Power Delivery 3.2. The HUSB332G provides an extremely cost-effective solution for a USB type-C cable. Powered from VBUS directly could help the user to save the VCONN wire in the cable. With the DFN1.6x1.6-4L package, it could help the designer to design the paddle card easily. HUSB332G applied to cables with a fixed power of 240 W. The enhanced ±6 kV HBM ESD protection on the exposed pins can improve the system reliability significantly. The HUSB332G operates over a wide supply range of 4.25 V to 50 V. It is available in DFN1.6x1.6-4L package. It is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
