Compatibility and Flexibility at the Same Time
As a highly compatible USB Type-C PD Source product, the HUSB380A provides a flexible charging solution for devices with a wide range of power requirements from 30W to 65W. Its built-in five programmable voltage and current FPDOs covering 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V to 20V ensure that whether it is a smartphone, tablet or laptop, it can enjoy the most suitable charging speed and efficiency. In addition, two programmable APDOs support the PPS option, further broadening its application potential for high-end devices.
Safety and efficiency go hand in hand
Safety has always been a core consideration in the design of the HUSB380A. It has a variety of built-in protection mechanisms, including overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overcurrent protection (OCP), first overcurrent protection (FOCP), and thermal shutdown protection (TSD), ensuring that the power supply can be cut off quickly under any abnormal conditions, protecting the connected devices from damage. Meanwhile, the integrated N-MOSFET realizes power path control from VBUS to VIN, further improving energy utilization efficiency.
Seamless integration of tradition and future
While pursuing future technologies, HUSB380A doesn't forget the friendly support for traditional devices. It integrates support for mainstream fast charging protocols such as QC2.0, QC3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP and Divider 3 mode, which means that even old smartphones or tablets can enjoy the convenience of fast charging with this chip, truly realizing full compatibility.
Low Power Consumption and Compact Package
While pursuing high efficiency and safety, HUSB380A also focuses on energy saving and space utilization. Its operating current is only 0.5mA, which greatly reduces standby power consumption. The eSSOP-10L package is compact and easy to produce, providing more creative space for product designers.
