The HUSB339D is a high performance, high integration USB Type-C Power Delivery source controller. The HUSB339D supports PD3.1, PPS, QC2.0/3.0, Divider 3, BC1.2 DCP, AFC, FCP and SCP protocols. It supports 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 15 V and 20 V five FPDOs and two APDOs which are fully compliant with USB Power Delivery Specification Revision 3.1, version 2.1. It is available in SOP-8L package.

HUSB339D has excellent compatibility and can be widely adapted to a wide range of devices. It supports up to 65W charging power and supports iPhone 16 15V charging. iPhone 16 series and Huawei tri-fold phones can be charged with confidence.

The HUSB339D realizes a more compact and efficient design solution by reducing the use of components such as VBUS MOS. Not only does it help reduce the overall cost, but it also reduces the size and weight of the product, making the charger more portable. In addition, simplifying the circuit structure also facilitates the overall operational efficiency of the system, reduces energy consumption, and enhances the stability and reliability of the product.
